Steampunk Chocker by Hen-na-Ningyo Steampunk Chocker by Hen-na-Ningyo
date: 6/20/09
mediums: black grossgrain ribbon, clock movement gears, antiqued base metal chain and beads, goldtone wire, etc

this is the matching chocker of the set that i made for the steampunk ball this past sunday. i used extra parts from the 2 clock movments that i busted open and attatched them with the goldtone wire. the other stuff was to make it more victorian in nature. :)

It's lovely. I love it. I want one (Well, not for me to wear... that'd be odd... but if I were a female, totally!).
But isn't it called a choker? Not a chocker?

:) Well, that's okay, I know several wonderful people who can't spell.
You're welcome.

How much would you charge for something like this? Also, have you heard of SteamCon?

hrmm... i'm not sure... price depends on the ability to find parts. :)

This is really beautiful and I think it came together really well. It almost makes me want to bust open a clock.

Is it comfortable to wear?
